Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with the sales team
• Coordinate with production and marketing to handle issues timely and cost effectively
• Maintain service and customer complaint databases to monitor and track issues
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines
• Answer customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general concerns
• Lead or assist with support of projects
• Deliver services to customers effectively and on time
• Explain how equipment works and how to use it safely
• Suggest upgrades to customers and restock materials when required
