Job summary

HHV Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Field Service/Customer Support engineer in Chennai and Mumbai to install, test, and service SPM machinery. The role requires technical troubleshooting, coordination with sales and production, and proactive issue resolution across sites.

The candidate should have a Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with 4–5 years of relevant experience, and must be willing to travel between Chennai and Mumbai to support customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain service and customer complaint databases for monitoring and tracking.
