Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in production support or operations.
• Experience in incident management and on-call rotations.
• Hands-on logs monitoring and API understanding.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace alerts and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage and prioritise technology-driven projects for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with development teams for deployment and integration.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Track KPIs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Communicate blockers and updates to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Apply Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality deliverables.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement.
