Urbanrise Constructions invites a customer-focused sales associate to join our project experience centre in Bangalore. You will greet walk-ins, explain project designs, features, and unique selling points, and assist the frontline sales team by reinforcing product advantages.

You will capture client preferences, relay inputs to the closing team, and support weekend and holiday operations to ensure a seamless customer journey. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Understand the projects design, features, USP's & innovations in depth.
• Interact & explain the various USP's of the project by showcasing their key attributes & benefits to the customers.
• Act as a strategic partner to the frontline sales team by establishing the product USP's & building confidence in customers.
• Record client preferences & give required inputs to the closing sales team.
