Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to lead architecture and hands-on delivery for banking modernization and integration initiatives. The role requires deep Java/Spring Boot expertise and strong skills in API design, data architecture, and cloud platforms.

You will work with major banks to architect robust solutions, guide teams through complex integrations, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards across engagements.

PRINCIPAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - BANKING MODERNIZATION & INTEGRATION

• We are looking for technical leaders who want to solve enterprise problems, not simply write code.
• You will work directly with the technology organizations of major banks to design and deliver fits into highly complex banking ecosystems.
• The role combines solution architecture, engineering depth, consulting and client leadership.
• You should be equally credible discussing architecture with a bank CTO organization and working with engineers to resolve a difficult integration problem.
