Job summary

Talent Basket is seeking a senior consulting leader with 12+ years in Banking Functional Consulting to drive transformation initiatives for Retail, Corporate, or Commercial banking clients. You will lead requirements gathering, design functional solutions, and manage stakeholders across product, technology, and client teams.

You will also guide teams on BRD/FSD/User Stories, testing strategies, and SaaS/banking platform deployments, ensuring successful delivery and client value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in Banking Functional Consulting / Business Analysis.
• Strong Retail, Corporate, or Commercial Banking domain knowledge.
• Experience in Product & Pricing with exposure to Rates & Fees, Deposits & Payments, and Relationship Pricing.
• Lead/Principal level: team leadership, solution ownership, and banking transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and banking processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and map requirements to client needs.
• Design and support implementation of functional solutions.
• Prepare requirements, functional specs, user stories and test strategies.
• Support functional and integration testing.
• Collaborate with clients, product, technology and cross-functional teams.
• Lead/Principal: drive engagements, solution design and transformation initiatives.
• Guide consulting/BA teams.
