Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5–8 years of experience and strong eCommerce expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PIM tools, particularly inRiver, and a solid understanding of scalable eCommerce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable technical documentation, and support the successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eCommerce platforms and integrations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and process flows for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance scalable eCommerce solutions using PIM tools such as inRiver.
• Analyze product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and order workflows to support solution design.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Support project planning, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Stay up to date with eCommerce best practices, PIM trends, and industry innovations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PIM tools and familiarity with platforms such as inRiver.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce processes, including product information management, catalog structuring, pricing, promotions, and order workflows.
• Proven experience creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-8 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership and IT Project Management.
• Experience writing and grooming user stories, creating process flows, and managing backlogs.
• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, etc.
