This highly techno-managerial role blends creative marketing with hands-on product work, including content creation, campaigns, tutorials, and videos to demonstrate Grafito's solutions.

You'll collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to craft compelling market stories, build communities, and optimize campaigns.

Role Overview

As a Product Marketing & Growth Associate, you will own how our products are presented, promoted, and adopted. This is a highly techno-managerial role that blends creative marketing with hands-on product work. You will create content, run campaigns, engage communities, produce tutorials and videos, and help create, develop, and test applications of Grafito's products. We are looking for someone with a highly creative mindset, strong design aptitude, and high attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Product marketing content: Create marketing content for products we develop — copy, creatives, landing narratives, and campaign assets
• Community engagement: Build and nurture communities around our products and brand across relevant channels
• Ad campaigns: Plan, run, and iterate paid and organic advertising campaigns
• Tutorials & video: Create product tutorials and video content that educate users and showcase value
• Product application: Create, develop, and test real-world applications of Grafito's products, turning product capability into clear market stories
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to keep messaging accurate and campaigns effective

Requirements

• Creativity: Highly creative mindset with the ability to turn technical products into compelling stories and content
• AI fluency: Very strong with the latest AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, GLM, and similar). You should be actively progressing in how you use these tools day to day
• Techno-managerial orientation: Comfortable owning both creative execution and structured planning, coordination, and delivery
• Design aptitude: Good design sense and high attention to detail in visuals, messaging, and finished work
• Past work: A formal portfolio is not required, but past projects should clearly reflect creative, design, and execution skills
• Coding: Experience with coding is preferable
• Video & voice: Experience with video editing and voice-over content marketing
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability: Full-time, fully on-site at Maker Village, Kochi

Good to Have

• Past experience conducting events — college fests, club fests, and community events
• Hands-on growth experiments (social, ads, community-led acquisition)
• Comfort explaining technical products to non-technical audiences

Compensation
