Job summary

Grafito Innovations, a deep-tech startup in Kochi, develops plant propagation automation using robotics, AI, and advanced engineering. As a GTM Engineer, you will build systems and relationships to take Grafito’s products to market, creating automation workflows for sales and engaging distributors and partners on the ground.

This role blends sales operations, outreach, and hands-on GTM execution, requiring readiness to travel to partner sites, events, and field installations.

Grafito Innovations is a deep-tech startup building advanced plant propagation automation solutions. Our mission is to increase agricultural efficiency and productivity while promoting sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices through robotics, AI, and cutting-edge engineering.

Role Overview

As a GTM Engineer, you will build the systems and relationships that take Grafito's products to market. You will create automation workflows for sales across our product verticals, and you will be the person on the ground talking to distributors and partners. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, outreach, and hands-on GTM execution. We are looking for someone who has already run things — events, PR, sponsorships — and who is fluent with modern automation tools.

What You'll Do

• Sales automation: Create and maintain automation workflows for selling Grafito products across various verticals — from lead sourcing and enrichment to follow-up and pipeline hygiene
• Distributor & partner engagement: Engage distributors and partners with clear, confident communication; build relationships that convert into channel and sales outcomes
• Travel: Visit partners, distributors, events, and field sites as needed. Willingness to travel is required
• GTM systems: Stand up and iterate outbound and sales-ops workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Hermes, Clay, Apollo.io, and similar automation platforms
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and business teams so sales messaging and workflows stay accurate as products evolve

Requirements

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging distributors, partners, and other external stakeholders
• Travel: Willing to travel for partner meetings, events, and field engagement
• College events: Have conducted technical and/or cultural events at college
• Event ownership: Have handled PR, sponsorship, and event management — not just participated, but owned the work
• Automation tools: Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Hermes, Clay, Apollo.io, and similar automation / GTM work tools
• Availability: Full-time, on-site at Maker Village, Kochi, with travel as required

Good to Have

• Experience building outbound sequences, CRM workflows, or lead-enrichment pipelines
• Comfort explaining technical hardware / robotics products to non-technical buyers
• Prior work with channel partners, campus communities, or ecosystem programmes
