About the Role

Tarcaz Labs is the home to SalesCraft (B2B sales intelligence), Parixa AI (exam preparation platform), and a development practice that builds custom AI-native systems for customers. Founded by operators from IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, Berkeley Haas, and Johns Hopkins, with years of deployed enterprise projects across sales automation, document intelligence, and business workflows. We build software the new way — small team, AI woven into every layer, shipping fast. We are lean by design and ambitious by default. Our principles are anchored in customer trust and integrity. You'll work out of the Founder's Office and own how we communicate with our customers and audience. You'll learn fast, work directly with the founder, and ship real things from week one. Key Responsibilities

• Be a key point of contact for our customers — translate scoping notes from the founder/tech lead into clear walkthroughs, docs, and messages
• Handle day-to-day customer queries on the systems we build and deploy — explain changes, train users, resolve basic issues
• Pick up new tools and platforms quickly as our project mix evolves
• Escalate hard problems to the tech team with proper context (not just "customer is stuck")
• Maintain a running log of issues and resolutions so we get smarter over time
• Record and edit walkthrough videos, product demos, and short-form content — most of this is faceless (screen recordings, voiceover, edited footage), occasionally on camera with the team
• Help run live quiz sessions on weekends — running the show, not necessarily on camera
• Draft customer-facing emails, WhatsApp messages, and help docs
• Write social posts, captions, and content across our channels — Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp
• Edit and polish content drafted by AI tools

Key Qualifications

• Strong written and spoken English is the baseline. Hindi, Marathi, and other languages are a bonus.
• You can explain a confusing workflow in two sentences
• Confident recording your voice and editing video — being on camera is optional
• You use AI and modern tools daily, or you're excited to — Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CapCut/Descript — and you're curious about workflow tools like n8n or comfortable trying and learning new tools as we adopt them
• Quick learner across tools — you'll move between different software platforms depending on the customer
• Curious — you'll dig into a problem before pinging the team
• Recent graduate, final-year student, or early-career candidate — prior internship experience is a plus, not required

Prior Experience

• Real ownership across two products and a development practice
• Direct mentorship from the founder (Berkeley MBA, IIT Kanpur) and tech lead (IIT Bombay, Johns Hopkins PhD)
• Heavy AI tooling — you'll get faster at your job every month
