Idfc First Bank Limited in Mumbai seeks a Product Manager for Retail Solutions to lead the development and management of MSME-focused payment and collection products (UPI, QR, POS, Virtual Accounts, Escrow). You will drive product innovation, digital integration, and customer-centric solutions to support MSME growth.

Coordinate with Digital Banking, IT, and Journey teams to build seamless onboarding and transaction journeys; drive adoption of mobile/internet banking features; ensure RBI

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive campaigns to increase payment and collection solutions penetration and usage.
• Develop product features, pricing models, and customer journeys for UPI, QR, POS, Virtual Accounts, Escrow.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT and Journey Teams for seamless onboarding and transaction journeys.
• Drive adoption of mobile/internet banking features for MSME customers with the digital team.
• Ensure product compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
• Create sales toolkits, training modules, and marketing collateral for frontline teams.
• Partner with external vendors and fintechs for solution integration and co-innovation.

Job Purpose :

To lead the development, enhancement, and management of MSME-focused retail payment and collection solutions such as UPI, QR, POS, Bulk Payments, Tax Payments, Virtual Accounts, and Escrow. The role involves driving product innovation, digital integration, and customer-centric solutions to support MSME growth and operational efficiency.

Key / Primary Responsibilities :

'1. Drive campaigns and initiatives to increase payment and collection solutions penetration and usage

• Develop product features, pricing models, and customer journeys for UPI, QR, POS, Virtual Accounts, Escrow, etc.
• Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT, and Journey Teams to build seamless digital onboarding and transaction journeys.
• Drive adoption of payment and collection features of mobile/internet banking for MSME customers with help of digital team
• Ensure product compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.

Secondary Responsibilities :

'1. Create sales toolkits, training modules, and marketing collaterals for frontline teams and support branches and relationship managers with product-specific solutions.

• Partner with external vendors and fintechs for solution integration and co-innovation

Key Success Metrics :

'1. Aoption and activation of digital payment solutions.

• Compliance and audit scores
