About the Role

The Product Manager – Business Banking will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the suite of products and services offered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of business banking products. Based in Mumbai, the Product Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting revenue growth through customer-centered product development.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Business Banking segment.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends in the SME space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and enhance products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and maintain competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams, customers, and partners.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Train and educate sales teams on product features and benefits to drive adoption and revenue.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
• Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.

What We Are Looking For

Education

• Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (Full-Time)
• Postgraduation: MBA (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing business banking products.
