Job summary

Axis My India, Mumbai, seeks a Product Manager for its People Empowerment Platform (PEP) to ensure personalized, timely content and services for users. You will coordinate across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content and Operations to maximize engagement and outcomes.

The role focuses on understanding user profiles, driving personalized value delivery, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of benefits and information through our in-house PEP.

Responsibilities

• Accurately understand user requirements, preferences, and needs to enable relevant and personalized value delivery.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of benefits, services, and information to app users by coordinating with all relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Research team to ensure consumer insights and on-ground data are effectively collated, structured, and converted into actionable user intelligence.
• Leverage new user onboarding data to drive personalized content, recommendations, and engagement.
• Enable targeted user communication by ensuring the PEP team utilizes user data for delivering relevant and personalized information.
• Coordinate with the Data Research Center team to ensure timely user outreach for service listing, and engagement.
• Driving and monitoring service and product listing activities.

The Product Manager, through our inhouse developed Phygital Application (People Empowerment Platform) is responsible for ensuring that every user (customer) receives timely, relevant, and personalized information, opportunities, services, and benefits through our in-house developed “People Empowerment Platform (PEP)”. The role focuses on understanding user profiles and preferences, identifying authentic and valuable offerings from multiple sources, and ensuring that the right content reaches the right user at the right time. The individual will act as the central coordinator across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams to drive personalized value delivery and maximize user engagement and outcomes.
