Job summary

Connectandheal in Bengaluru, India seeks a Product Manager to own product strategy and internal tools roadmap. You will partner with design, engineering, marketing, and support to deliver high-impact features and continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in product management, a data-driven mindset, and strong collaboration skills to empower operations teams and optimize workflows. This full-time role is on-site in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with internal tools or operations.
• Experience understanding and improving operational workflows.
• Strong empathy for users, especially operations teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Technical proficiency to work with engineering teams; coding skills are a plus but not required.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.

Road-map Planning and Execution:

• Create and maintain a detailed product road-map that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and delightful user experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, Campaigns and ongoing user engagement.

3. User Research and Feedback:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyse user data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure success.

4. Feature Development:

• Define and write clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor product performance and user engagement using analytics tools.
• Identify and address issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data insights.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Drive continuous innovation and improvement to keep our product competitive and appealing to users.
