Job summary

Axis My India Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Product Manager for our Phygital Application (People Empowerment Platform). You will ensure timely, relevant, and personalized information, opportunities, and services reach users by coordinating with Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, and Operations teams.

You will define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive user engagement and value realization, leveraging a PHYGITAL model and data insights.

Qualifications

• Partner with engagement and communications teams to deliver targeted, relevant user communications.
• Monitor and optimize product listings and performance to maximize user adoption.

Role Overview

The Product Manager, through our in house developed Phygital Application (People Empowerment Platform) is responsible for ensuring that every user (customer) receives timely,relevant, and personalized information, opportunities, services, and benefitsthrough our in-house developed ‘People Empowerment Platform (PEP)’. The rolefocuses on understanding user profiles and preferences, identifying authenticand valuable offerings from multiple sources, and ensuring that the rightcontent reaches the right user at the right time. The individual will act asthe central coordinator across Research, Data Centre, Technology, Content, andOperations teams to drive personalized value delivery and maximize userengagement and outcomes.

Requirements

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision,strategy, and roadmap to enhance user engagement, retention, and valuerealization while aligning with business objectives.
• Deeply understand user needs, behaviours, andexpectations to drive relevant and personalized value delivery through theapp.
• Prioritize product features, en hancements, andplatform improvements based on customer impact, business value, andstrategic priorities.

User Value Delivery & Engagement

• Ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of benefits,services, content, and information to users by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Drive personalized user experiences by leveragingonboarding data, user insights, and behavioral intelligence.
• Partner with engagement and communication teamsto deliver targeted, relevant, and personalized user communications.
• Monitor and optimize service and product listingperformance to maximize user adoption and engagement.

Data, Insights & Quality

• Partner with the Research team to transformconsumer insights and field intelligence into actionable productrecommendations to increase user engagement.
• Oversee data validation, enrichment, and qualityassurance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability ofuser, service, and issuer data.
• Establish data-driven frameworks to measure valuedelivery, user engagement, product performance, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams, technology partners, and external vendors to support product,operational, and data quality initiatives.
• Lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment,ensuring timely execution and delivery against business objectives anddeadlines.

Skills and Competencies

• Ownership– Articulate brand strategy and ensure value delivery to user by pro‑activeand result-oriented approach.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’sor master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or arelated field.
• Over6+ years of value delivery through effective product management.
• Strongknowledge of Microsoft Excel and a conceptual understanding of product(app).
• Atleast 5 years of experience in team leading and thriving in a fast-paced,collaborative, cross-functional environment.
