Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Mumbai (Kotak Infinity) seeks a Product Manager for Personal Loans to own the product strategy, define features, and manage the lifecycle from ideation to release.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations and tech, analyze data, gather user feedback, and prioritize requirements to deliver value for customers and the business. MBA is optional; 1–5 years BFSI/Fintech experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct competitive analysis, user discussions, and stay updated with market trends.
• Ensure a strong user focus by collecting and analysing feedback and conducting regular usability testing.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as sales, marketing, risk, credit, collections, operations, tech etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle from ideation to release, and continually improve the product based on user feedback.
• Use data analytics to analyse and measure business performance.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Test and accept delivered product features based on user stories

Eligibility Criteria- Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

• Education- Full-time MBA (optional).
• Relevant experience- 1 to 5 years in BFSI/Fintech industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
