Job summary

Dailyhunt is seeking an Associate Product Manager - Loan to join our fintech-driven team in Bangalore. You will define requirements, own feature delivery end-to-end, and translate insights into product improvements, acting as the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 1–3 years in product management, business analysis, or customer support with product exposure.
• Knowledge of digital lending or credit products and Indian customer behavior.
• Exposure to support operations: ticketing, escalations, SLAs, and grievance redressal.
• Familiarity with Agile, product lifecycle, and roadmap planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the product roadmap and own delivery of features end-to-end.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams to launch features.
• Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and user stories.
• Run user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Track product metrics and iterate to improve UX and outcomes.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and legal to meet regulatory requirements.
• Review support tickets and CSAT to represent customer voice.
• Convert escalations and trends into prioritised product fixes.
• Improve self-service journeys and in-app status tracking.
• Enhance support tooling and agent workflows to speed resolution.
• Monitor service metrics and grievance redressal with compliance.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager with a passion for fintech. Define requirements and

ship assigned features end-to-end, and act as the voice of the customer by turning support and service insights into

product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the product roadmap and own delivery of assigned features and modules end-to-end


• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams to launch features


• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and user stories


• Run user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and validate ideas


• Track product metrics and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes


• Work with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements Customer Support & Service:


• Act as the voice of the customer by reviewing support tickets, calls, reviews, and CSAT feedback


• Convert support escalations and complaint trends into prioritised product fixes


• Improve self-service journeys such as help centre, FAQs, and in-app application status tracking


• Improve support tooling and agent workflows (CRM, ticketing) to speed up issue resolution


• Track service metrics (resolution TAT, CSAT) and support grievance redressal with compliance

Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset; hands-on with SQL, Excel, or Google Analytics

• Comfortable with technical concepts, UI/UX principles, and tools like Figma


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
