Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Fintech & Payment Partnerships division, developing and managing partnerships with fintechs and payment providers to drive growth in digital products and services.

You will identify partners, negotiate agreements, oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fintech solutions across the bank.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in product management or partnerships.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate fintech/payments into digital products.
• Ability to develop strategy and manage end-to-end product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Fintech & Payment Partnerships, in alignment with the bank's overall business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential Fintech and payment partners, and negotiate partnerships and agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fintech and payment solutions into the bank's digital products and services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously improve and enhance existing products
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify customer needs and preferences, and incorporate them into product development
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for the Fintech & Payment Partnerships division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Fintech partners, payment providers, and internal teams
• Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements related to Fintech and payment partnerships, and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
