Job summary

SV Management Consultants in Pune, India, seeks an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in lending products, NBFC operations, and financial services to lead product strategy and lifecycle.

You will develop secured and unsecured lending products, manage pricing and profitability, coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal and IT, drive digital lending initiatives, and aim to improve TAT and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in lending product management and NBFC operations.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of RBI/NBFC regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage secured/unsecured lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, MSME, Consumer & Vehicle Finance.
• Drive product strategy, pricing, profitability, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Prepare Product Notes, BRDs, SOPs, and coordinate with Technology, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
• Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations and support policy formulation.
• Drive digital lending, automation, process improvement, and TAT enhancement.
• Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, profitability, and customer experience.
