Job summary

INDmoney is seeking a product manager to own the end-to-end lending funnel, from personal details through KYC, aiming to maximize conversions and reduce drop-off. You will run structured A/B experiments on user experience, messaging, and offer presentation, while monitoring escalation trends to guide product improvements.

You will own core lending modules—LOS, LMS, risk engine, and bureau reporting—write PRDs, and collaborate with design and engineering to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in a startup or financial services setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate findings into product decisions.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and basic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lending funnel, optimizing each step to maximize conversion.
• Run structured A/B experiments on UX, messaging, and offer presentation.
• Monitor CX escalation trends and drive product improvements to reduce tickets.
• Own and enhance LOS, LMS, Risk Engine, and Credit Bureau reporting/integrations.
• Write clear PRDs for funnel, servicing, platform, and partner integrations.
• Collaborate with design, front-end, and back-end teams to ship on time.
• Track and report key metrics like conversion rate, TAT, escalation rate, and uptime.

You’ll be a core part of the lending team at INDmoney, helping scale both our NBFC and distribution businesses. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on solving problems, digs into data to find insights others miss, and is relentlessly obsessed with improving customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lending funnel, optimizing each step of the journey (personal details, eligibility check/rejection, KYC, etc.) to maximize conversion and eliminate drop-off leakages
• Run structured A/B experiments on UX, messaging, and offer presentation to continuously improve conversion rates
• Monitor CX escalation trends, identify root causes, and drive product enhancements to reduce ticket volume
• Own and enhance core lending platform modules — LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management System), Risk Engine, and Credit Bureau reporting/integrations
• Write clear PRDs for funnel, servicing, platform, and partner-integration features
• Partner with design, front-end, and back-end engineering teams to execute requirements and ship on time
• Track and report key product metrics — conversion rate, TAT, escalation rate, system uptime/reliability — to inform prioritization

Desired Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in a product management role, preferably at a startup or financial services organization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable product decisions
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and basic analysis to support reporting and decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, strategies, and findings across technical and business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of lending systems (LOS/LMS) is preferable, not mandatory
