Job Summary:

Medopharm is hiring a Group Product Manager in Chennai to drive pharmaceutical product management, marketing strategies, and team leadership. This role requires expertise in strategizing campaigns for brand building through prescription route to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. 1. Develop ABP (Annual Brand Plan) comprising innovative strategies in-clinic/digital/ patient level to drive top-line achievement, and ensure sustainable growth and profitable business of assigned therapies in alignment with the global strategy.
2. 2. Converting strategies into creative and effective promotional mix/ tactics to attain Therapy/brand leadership, customer loyalty, and team motivation.
3. 3. Analyzing and allocating resources amongst therapies and brands commensurate with product life-cycle and market opportunity.g
4. 4. In-charge of creative campaigns and scientific engagement activities for HCPs to upscale the brand image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• - Education: Graduate degree in any Science stream, PG Diploma or MBA in marketing would be an add on advantage
• - Field experience: Exposure to MR role would be beneficial for this position
