Job Summary: Were looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of our product lifecycle end-to-end from identifying customer needs to ensuring adoption after rollout. This role is not just about building features. Its about delivering business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Discovery
• Understand customer problems deeply through research, interviews & data
• Prioritise features based on business impact and user value
• Define product roadmap aligned with company goals
• Execution & Delivery
• Create detailed product requirements (PRDs), wireframes, acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering/design to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Manage sprint planning & releases; remove blockers proactively
• Implementation & Adoption (Very Important)
• Build rollout plans, training docs, product demos for clients & internal teams
• Track adoption metrics post-launch: usage, engagement, feedback
• Conduct regular product performance reviews & drive improvements
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Align Sales, Support, Operations & Compliance teams for product success
• Enable Sales with positioning, demos & documentation
• Product Success Measurement
• Define success KPIs: revenue uplift, retention, NPS, adoption rates
• Make data-driven decisions & iterate continuously

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or software product
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Strong problem-solving using data + customer insights
• Experience in product adoption & customer success initiatives
• Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Figma etc)
• Comfortable working with engineering teams and business teams

Good to Have

• Experience in broking / capital markets / wealth tech
• Understanding of regulatory & compliance needs in BFSI
• UI/UX awareness ability to think through user journeys
• Strong analytical tools knowledge (Mixpanel, GA, SQL basics etc )
