Job summary

Good co India is seeking a product leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from discovery to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

You will define vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned with business goals, conduct market research, translate needs into PRDs and user stories, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing and sales to deliver on time. You will mentor junior PMs and drive data-informed decisions using analytics and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Product Management or related roles with digital product ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Business/Economics or related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics and tools (SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience mentoring PMs or leading cross‑functional product initiatives.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, APIs and cloud tech is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify high-impact product opportunities.
• Translate customer and business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver products on time.
• Use product analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions.
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Identify product gaps, risks, and opportunities and develop solutions to improve user experience and business performance.
• Manage and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building product management best practices and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Technology, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of digital products.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and product metrics to make decisions.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics and tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent understanding of customer research, UX principles, experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven product development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Business teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, B2B/B2C, mobile/web products, digital platforms, or technology products.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deliver products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers or leading cross-functional product initiatives is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, APIs, cloud technologies, or emerging technology trends is an added advantage.
