Job summary

bijlipay is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to help define our product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will conduct market research, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into user stories for engineering, design, marketing, compliance and support.

You will participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution while tracking key metrics to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data tools experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with agile product development and user-centric design.

• Translate product requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Support) to prioritize and deliver product features

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
