We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize product performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of product management principles, market trends, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
2. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
3. Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
4. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to drive seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
5. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and data-driven insights.
6. Monitor key product metrics, A/B tests, and user behavior to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.
7. Drive stakeholder alignment across departments, ensuring product vision and execution are well communicated.
8. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of product excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

1. 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in [industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, e-commerce].
2. Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
3. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
6. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Trello).
7. Strong data-driven mind-set with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
8. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. Experience in user experience (UX) and customer journey optimization is a plus.
10. Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in managing B2B/B2C/SaaS products.
2. Expertise in AI/ML, cloud computing, fintech, or a relevant domain.
3. Prior experience in leadership or mentorship roles within product teams.
