Job summary

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete product portfolio for the Generic Division.
• Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and gather field insights.
• Work closely with the Sales team to enhance product positioning and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Track product performance, sales trends, and marketing ROI, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Manage gifting and promotional materials, ensuring timely planning, procurement, and distribution.

Preferred candidate profile

A B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing) professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product portfolio management, brand building, field engagement, promotional & gifting activities, and vendor management, along with excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills.
