Wings Pharmaceuticals in New Delhi is seeking a marketing/PM professional to manage the generic portfolio and drive brand growth. The role requires strategic product management, field engagement, and coordination with Sales to ensure effective marketing execution.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Pharm and an MBA in Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management. Location: NSP, Pitampura, New Delhi.

• Strong communication, analytical, and execution skills are essential.
• Experience in field engagement and vendor management is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete product portfolio for the Generic Division.
• Develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and gather field insights.
• Work closely with the Sales team to enhance product positioning and ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Track product performance, sales trends, and marketing ROI, and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Manage gifting and promotional materials, ensuring timely planning, procurement, and distribution.

Preferred candidate profile

A B.Pharm + MBA (Marketing) professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product portfolio management, brand building, field engagement, promotional & gifting activities, and vendor management, along with excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills.
