Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Group Product Manager for Critical Care/Haematology/Oncology/Neurology within its marketing division in India. The role focuses on formulating brand plans, strategies, and executing marketing activities aligned with corporate policy to drive growth and market share.

The incumbent will oversee publishing materials, conduct market research, and expand into new regions and products. Requires a strong marketing background with 10+ years experience and 8+ years in brand

Qualifications

• B. Pharm / B.Sc + M.B.A./M.M.S in Marketing.
• 10+ years of work experience with minimum 8 years in Brand Management.
• Incumbent is responsible for Market Share, Revenue, Profitability, Growth.

Responsibilities

• Formulate brand plans and propose various marketing strategies for the assigned division in accordance with corporate policy for the brand.
• Plan phase-wise marketing strategic plans.
• Execute activities such as CMEs, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Programs, Life Style Management Programs, etc.
• Manage publishing materials for the brand (information booklets, leaflets, brochures, etc.) including content, design, proofreading.
• Conduct market research related to the marketing plan.
• Explore new geographical areas and markets for customer targets.
• Explore new product feasibility for business plans.
• Conduct regular fieldwork to develop sound marketing plans.
• Submit monthly detailed activity reports to management and brief weekly progress reports.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• To formulate brand plans and propose various Marketing strategies for the assigned division in accordance with corporate policy for the brand.
• To plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
• To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, CMEs, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program, Life Style Management Program Etc.
• To take care of all the publishing material of the brand namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading etc.
• To carry out Research activity related to marketing plan evolved.
• To explore newer geographical areas, new markets, for customer targets.
• To explore new product feasibility for business plans.
• To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop a sound marketing plan.
• Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management
• Weekly progress reports should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
• Support in all marketing purposes to the Head Marketing.

Candidate Profile:
