Qualifications

• Prior exposure to FinTech/RegTech/RiskTech domains is a plus.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or equivalents.
• Understanding of user journeys, wireframes, and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of product planning, backlog grooming, sprint coordination, and roadmap execution.
• Manage a stream-level product track while guiding assistant managers and associates.
• Oversee User Research, User Flows, wireframes, usability testing, and testing.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Support product demos and sales events and requirements.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor behavior to inform features.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and internal product knowledge.
• Train internal teams and provide client support for features.

Job description

The Product Manager is responsible for Zigram’s product planning and execution all through the lifecycle of the business. This is inclusive of gathering and prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with other stakeholders in order to ensure that the financial goals of the product are met.

Responsibilities

• Background in product-based companies, contributing to core product development
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams while demonstrating a high level of commitment and coordination

• Experience working on products with AI/ML, scoring models, or analytics capabilities
• Assist in preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
• Understanding of software development, preferably cloud and SaaS applications
• Experience in multiple technologies and product management and Product Management Tools such as Jira, Figma, Draw.io, etc.
