Job description

As the Senior Manager / Manager of Products, you will be responsible for defining the long-term vision and roadmap for our suite of fraud, risk, and compliance management products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and other stakeholders to deliver new product capabilities and enhancements. Your focus will be on driving growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining our competitive edge in Fraud & Risk compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic product strategy and roadmap to align with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Translate business requirements, regulatory changes, and customer feedback into detailed product specifications and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to design, build, test, and deploy new product capabilities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of our products, including fraud detection rates, risk mitigation, and compliance effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to product managers and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Represent the product portfolio to internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging fraud trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements in the financial crime and compliance space.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management or general management experience in the FinTech or financial services industry, with a focus on fraud prevention, risk management, and AML compliance.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products and services, from ideation to market leadership.
  • Thorough understanding of the fraud, risk, and compliance ecosystem, including key regulations, industry standards, and customer pain points.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, user‑centric solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring product management teams.
