Job summary

AliceBlue in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of trading and investment products, driving vision, backlog, and prioritization. You will work with engineering, design, QA, data, and marketing to deliver features that improve trading speed, usability, and engagement.

The role requires 4–5 years in Product Management within trading/fintech, with strong knowledge of equity, F&O, options, and related products, plus Agile/Scrum and solid documentation skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for trading and investment products.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve trading experience, execution speed, usability, and engagement.
• Gather requirements from business, dealers, compliance, and customer support.
• Create PRD/BRD, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate regulatory requirements (SEBI, exchange norms) into product features.
• Work closely with engineering, UI/UX designers, QA, data, and marketing teams.
• Act as the single point of contact between business and tech teams.
• Coordinate with vendors / third-party APIs (market data, charting, OMS, RMS).
• Plan and manage agile sprints, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and UAT.
• Ensure timely delivery with high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Drive UAT, pre-prod, and production releases.
• Track KPIs such as active traders, order success rate, feature adoption, latency, revenue, and churn.
• Use analytics and user feedback to improve product performance.
• Continuously optimize based on user behavior and market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• 4–5 years of Product Management experience in Trading / Stock Broking / Fintech.
• Strong understanding of:
• Equity, F&O, Options, Commodities, IPOs
• Order types, margin, RMS, corporate actions, Mutual Funds
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and exchange processes (NSE/BSE/MCX).
• Experience with TradingView, charting tools, screeners, or algo platforms.
• Exposure to tools (Figma, Google Analytics , Clevertap, etc.).
• Prior experience in brokerage, fintech startups, or trading tech companies.
