Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide international client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and remote support.

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers and ensure best-in-class service.

Position: Product Implementation and Software Support Executive

Job Role:

• Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support
• Able to do Software Installation Remotely at customer PC
• Remote Troubleshooting of the customer queries
• Handling the technical query phone calls
• Conducting Product / Application online training for our customers
• Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers
• Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries

Skills Required:

• Communicate fluently in English (Both written and verbal- Compulsory)
• Understanding of UK accent an added advantage.
• Exceptional ability to build and nurture relationships
