SRMB Steel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Brand Approval Manager to drive approvals for projects across regions. The role reports to the Brand Approval Head and requires coordinating with government bodies, institutional clients, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in steel/cement/RMC or allied building materials with strong experience in government or institutional approvals and sales support, and must be willing to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or above in Civil/Mechanical/Metallurgical Eng or related technical discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in business or sales management preferred.
• 8+ years in steel/cement/RMC/building materials with 5+ years in government/institutional project approvals or site material acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Secure written project and site material approvals within defined timelines across government, institutional, and private projects.
• Map real estate, state and local authority, institutional project approval requirements and key stakeholders.
• Pursue state/local material approvals, vendor registrations, and manage technical submissions with contractors and consultants.
• Coordinate with plant and third-party labs for sampling, witnessed tests, inspection docs, and consignment clearances.
• Deliver complete approval handovers to the project sales team with product scope, buyer details, expected demand, and procurement timelines.

SRMB is hiring: Regional Brand Approval Manager

SRMB is expanding its footprint and looking for experienced engineering and technical sales professionals to join as Regional Brand Approval Managers.

The positions report directly to the Brand Approval Head.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approval Securing: The core target is securing written project and site material source approvals within defined timelines across assigned government, institutional, and private projects.
• Strategic Mapping: Map real estate, state, local authority, institutional project approval requirements, builders, and structural consultants across the assigned regional portfolio.
• Vendor & Material Registrations: Pursue state or local material approvals, vendor registrations, and manage technical submissions with contractors and consultants.
• Testing & Quality Coordination: Maintain close coordination with the plant and third-party laboratories for sampling, witnessed tests, inspection documents, and consignment clearances.
• Sales Enablement: Deliver complete approval handovers—including product scope, buyer details, expected demand, and procurement timelines—to the project sales team.

What SRMB is Looking For:

• Education: A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline (a postgraduate qualification in business or sales management is preferred).
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in the steel, cement, RMC, or allied building materials industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to government or institutional project approvals, technical project sales, or site material acceptance.
• Expertise: Working knowledge of material grades, test certificates, manufacturing source approvals, and consignment traceability (such as IS 1786:2008 for high-strength deformed bars).
• Mobility: Readiness for authorized travel to projects and authorities within the assigned regional portfolio.
