Job summary

Zetwerk Bengaluru-based procurement role involves handling the end-to-end sourcing of mechanical equipment and project materials. You will float RFQs, assess techno-commercial offers, and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and optimal costs.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Projects, Quality and Finance to finalize vendors and place PO orders for pumps, HVAC, piping and other mechanical packages. Preference for experience in solar/semiconductor projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in procuring mechanical equipment and project materials.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Exposure to solar, ingot/wafer, semiconductor or large-scale manufacturing projects is preferred.

• Maintain procurement MIS and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and techno-commercial evaluation skills.
