Job summary

SBA Infra Projects Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

You will identify vendors, raise POs, negotiate terms, monitor delivery and costs, and collaborate with project teams to ensure timely procurement and cost savings. A Bachelor's in supply chain and 5–8 years of procurement experience in construction or real estate are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, purchase processes, and cost control.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP software.
• Understanding of construction materials, machinery, equipment, and services is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions.
• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements.

• Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Find opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
• Ensure procurement follows company policies and approval procedures.
