About Company- Air India Express is an Indian low-cost airline and a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian flag carrier airline Air India . Currently, it is headquartered in Gurgaon, Haryana. It operates more than 2000 flights per week to 45 destinations across India, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Job Purpose-

To lead end-to-end contract management across Transport, Administration, IT, Facilities Management, CapEx, and Manpower services, driving cost optimization, compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. The role owns contract strategy, vendor negotiations, and lifecycle governance.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle including sourcing, negotiations, execution, renewals, and closures across all service categories.
• Lead strategic vendor negotiations to optimize cost, service levels, and compliance.
• Oversee transport, facilities, admin, and IT service contracts, ensuring SLA adherence and operational continuity.
• Standardize contract terms, SLAs, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control requirements; proactively manage contractual risks.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to align contract strategies with business needs.
• Monitor vendor performance, drive corrective actions, and manage renewals to avoid service disruptions.
• Maintain contract documentation and present MIS on performance, savings, and risks.

Experience & Skills-

• Experience in contract management, procurement, transport/logistics, administration, facilities, and IT services.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, vendor management, and contract governance.
• Proven ability to manage large service contracts, SLAs, and CapEx engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
