Job summary

Activesine Electricals, based in Electronic City, Bangalore, seeks a Purchase Engineer with 3–8 years of experience in industrial electrical/power quality sectors. You will handle end-to-end procurement for APFC panels and related products, build a strong vendor base, negotiate prices, and manage BOM planning with cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of electrical components, ERP/MIS reporting, and negotiation skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in industrial electrical / power quality / panel / electrical systems sales.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel components (contactors, relays, CT/PT, breakers, capacitors, reactors, IGBTs, etc.)
• Experience in purchasing power quality products APFC, SVG, AHF
• Excellent negotiation & vendor management skills
• Good understanding of ERP / Excel / MIS reporting

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement for APFC Panels, SVG, AHF, PCC, MCC, Panels
• Develop and manage a strong vendor base for electrical components; manage RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation and vendor finalization
• Price negotiation, cost analysis, and rate contract finalization; coordinate with vendors for order confirmation, production, dispatch and delivery
• Issue PO, follow-up for timely delivery, and ensure quality compliance
• Coordinate with Projects, Design & Stores teams for BOM and material planning
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery
• Maintain procurement documentation and MIS reports; ensure compliance with company policies
