Responsibilities

• Review BOM as per production schedule.
• Float RFQs, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate price, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors.
• Issue Purchase Orders with accurate technical specifications.
• Procure electrical components such as ACB, MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, VFDs, copper, busbars, enclosures, and wiring materials.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and avoid production delays.
• Coordinate with design, production, and stores teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper documentation for POs, invoices, and audits.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
