The role involves supporting RFQs, negotiating competitive pricing, and liaising with corporate pricing teams. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the freight market in South East Asia and the USA, along with the ability to work with carriers and agents. The position is focused on driving solutions with a quote-to-win attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support Local/Regional/Global RFQs for Air/Ocean.
• Liaison with Corporate Pricing for Air and Ocean import/export pricing.
• Negotiate competitive pricing from local and international vendors.
• Develop capacity and pricing agreements for ocean shipping.
• Prefer a candidate with understanding of freight market across South East Asia and USA.
• Ability to work with direct carriers, airline, agents & co-loaders.
• Process Driven and Zeal to drive solution with quote to-win attitude.
• Strong rate negotiation with Shipping Lines / NVOCC / Overseas Agents / Co-loaders to get the target rates.
• Develop capacity and pricing agreements for ocean shipping.
