Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team and monitor purchasing activities.

• Ensure timely purchase order processing and material delivery.
• Oversee procurement documentation and logistics coordination.
• Support finance in vendor invoice verification and payments.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor vendor performance.

Role Summary

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for EPC projects, ensuring timely material availability, cost optimization, and effective vendor management. The role includes leading the procurement team, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating closely with project, logistics, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement team and monitor daily purchasing activities.
• Develop procurement plans based on project BOQ, timelines, and material requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
• Ensure timely purchase order processing and on‑time material delivery for projects.
• Oversee procurement documentation such as MDCC, test certificates, warranties, and dispatch records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for inventory management and dispatch planning.
• Support finance in vendor invoice verification, payment coordination, and cost tracking.
• Prepare procurement reports and monitor vendor performance and procurement budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field. 5–10 years of procurement experience, preferably in Solar EPC, infrastructure, or construction industry with team handling experience.
