Qualifications

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding.
• Support procurement of chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Verify CAS numbers, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and compliance.
• Maintain records of licenses, permits, and procurement documentation.
• Track inventory and assist in replenishment planning.
• Conduct basic cost analysis and vendor negotiations.
