Job summary

Bonito Designs is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and purchasing of materials, furniture, fixtures, and related items for interior design projects. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

The role requires 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design or construction, and strong Excel skills for documentation and tracking. A graduate in any discipline is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in supply chain or interior design is preferred.
• 1–2 years of procurement experience, preferably in interior design, construction, furniture, or home interiors.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware, and furniture is an advantage.
• Good negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source vendors and suppliers for interior materials, furniture, fixtures, fittings, and project requirements.
• Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and cost optimization.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms with vendors.
• Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with design, project management, and site execution teams to understand material requirements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Monitor material quality and resolve discrepancies, delays, or vendor-related issues.
• Maintain vendor databases, purchase records, and procurement trackers.
