Experience: 3–4 Years (Interior Fit‑out / Construction – Mandatory)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are hiring an Interior Procurement and Billing Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in interior fit‑out or construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, client and vendor billing, and cost control to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

• Prepare Material Requirement Lists (MRLs) as per BOQ, drawings, and site requirements
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, prepare rate comparisons, and finalize vendors as per management approval
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery to site
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for planning and scheduling
• Maintain vendor records, rate contracts, and procurement documentation
• Track material consumption and ensure quality compliance

Billing

• Prepare RA bills and final bills as per BOQ and site progress
• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills with POs and measurements
• Coordinate with site teams for measurement and certification
• Maintain variation statements and extra work documentation
• Support accounts team in reconciliation and payment follow‑ups

Cost Control & Documentation

• Monitor project budgets and highlight deviations
• Track additional works and revised quantities
• Maintain complete documentation for approvals and audits

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Excel and documentation
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
