Job summary

Bayfield Food Ingredients is seeking a procurement professional to support day-to-day vendor and purchase operations, including PO processing, vendor coordination, compliance documentation, and inward logistics. You will also assist R&D on NPD sourcing needs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in a related field and have 1–3 years in procurement, with strong Excel skills and meticulous follow-up abilities to ensure accurate records and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years in procurement/purchase/vendor coordination (food/FMCG preferred, not mandatory).
• Proficient in Excel; good coordination and follow-up skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor records/performance tracking
• Identify and develop new/alternate vendors
• Raise and follow up on POs end-to-end; support R&D procurement for NPD projects
• Maintain procurement documentation; coordinate with QC for compliance

• Prepare and maintain open order reports
