Job description

• Drive & implement OTD measures to achieve ON TIME IN FULL terms of material according to IFAT/CFAT.
• Drive demand planning & forecasting of long-lead items along with PPC.
• Drive negotiation & cost reduction in all commodity/business vertical.
• Drive Vendor development/rationalization planning along with CFT.
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and project management, to understand their procurement needs and provide technical expertise.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess risks associated with procurement, including supply chain disruptions, quality issues, and cost overruns. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Drive inventory planning & control along with concern stakeholders to improve cash flow.
• Drive I-FAT open points closure along with team & concern stakeholders.
• Drive RFT through NCDC activities & preventive action plan.
• Generate MIS report of Weekly Review Meeting with internal stack holder.
• Handle disputes or conflicts with suppliers, stakeholders, or team members diplomatically and effectively
• Drive Supplier upgradation with review and visits, Skill matrix & performance mapping of supplier.
• Evaluation of supplier and GMP trainings at supplier end to deliver material in GSPL standard.
• Working in CFT for New product development.
• RC/VMI/MOU-Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers. Ensure that contracts are legally sound, clearly define expectations, and include necessary terms and conditions.
• Develop ready to use assembly to support in house production. (make-buy)
• Develop Green channel supplier drive to control COPQ. (Cost of Poor Quality).
• Develop relationship & bonding with supplier to inline mutual goals & objectives.
• Develop SOP for process and milestone identification to control & achieve desire result.
