Asahi India Glass (AIS) in India seeks a senior procurement leader to drive Capex and service procurement for greenfield and brownfield projects, including vendor selection, negotiation and budgeting. You will lead strategic sourcing, benchmark costs, and foster long-term supplier partnerships to meet targets.

• Lead Capex, BOM, Non-BOM and service procurement for greenfield/brownfield projects, including vendor identification, negotiation, contracting, budgeting and timely delivery.
• Drive strategic sourcing and cost reduction through market benchmarking, cost-structure analysis, long-term supplier partnerships and achievement of procurement targets.
• Manage supplier/vendor performance across QCDV, DIFOT/OTIF, incoming quality, capacity utilization, vendor development and regular performance reviews.
• Lead material planning and inventory management to achieve >95% DIFOT and 100% in-full availability, maintain inventory norms, control ageing and execute liquidation plans.
• Strengthen procurement processes, SOPs and productivity through continuous improvement, process upgrades, manpower optimization and support for new product launches while ensuring budget and business-plan alignment.
