Innovatiview India Limited in Noida seeks a Manager Procurement & Contract (Civil) with 6-12 years of experience to manage end-to-end procurement for civil construction. You will source, negotiate, and process POs, coordinating with project teams to meet BOQ, budgets, and timelines.

Role requires strong vendor development, cost-saving focus, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems to drive efficient procurement across multiple projects.

Competenze

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement for civil construction and large projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, specifications and project requirements.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials per project requirements.
• Source and evaluate vendors for cement, steel, aggregates, bricks/blocks, RMC, tiles, sanitaryware, hardware, and finishing materials.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and process POs and ensure timely material delivery at project sites.
• Coordinate with Project, Site, Stores, Accounts and Engineering teams to understand material requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor network and evaluate vendor performance.
• Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.
• Monitor material prices, market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure procurement is carried out as per approved BOQ, specifications, budgets and project timelines.
• Track pending orders, deliveries and resolve issues related to quality, quantity and supply.
• Maintain proper procurement records, vendor documentation and purchase reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of civil construction materials as per project requirements.
