Job summary

The Shapoorji Pallonji Group seeks an experienced Procurement Civil to lead end-to-end procurement for commercial and residential building projects in Navi Mumbai. You will drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiations, and ensure timely material procurement to meet budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 815 years of experience in procurement for building construction projects.
• Mandatory experience in handling both Commercial and Residential projects.
• Experience in high-rise buildings / township projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings before floating enquiries.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for civil, structural, and finishing materials.
• Float RFQs, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize vendors.
• Lead rate negotiations and contract finalization.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at site as per project milestones.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, QS, and Finance teams.
• Monitor procurement budgets and control cost overruns.
• Maintain vendor performance evaluation and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications:
