Jindal Stainless (JSL) in Jajpur, Odisha seeks a seasoned Manager for Project Procurement to lead procurement for project packages, civil, structural, infrastructure, and CAPEX/OPEX items. You will drive vendor sourcing, tendering, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization, while ensuring delivery tracking and post-order support.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical, 10–15 years of steel industry procurement experience, and strong SAP MM and

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Project Procurement within the Steel Industry.
• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Experience in techno-commercial evaluation and vendor negotiations.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Project Procurement within the Steel Industry.
• Strong exposure to procurement of project packages, contracts, MRO items, spares, and consumables.
• Proven experience in independently handling the complete procurement cycle.
• Sound understanding of commercial contracts and major contractual clauses.
• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP MM.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
• Experience in techno-commercial evaluation and vendor negotiations.
