Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Process Trainer to support training delivery across domestic and international BPO operations, with hybrid work options (Office/Remote) and locations including Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Mumbai.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in product/process or soft-skill training, strong English communication, and readiness for 24x7 rotational shifts. Min graduate, exposure to TNI/TNA terminology is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in product/process/soft skill/up-skilling training.
• Open to 24x7 operations with 5 days of work per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of training needs

Salary: 6-7 LPA

Mode of Work: Work From Office/Work From Home

Notice Period: 15-30 Days

Job Responsibilities-

• Ensure successful execution of training needs
• Measure program training effectiveness
• Responsible for on-going observations of direct reports, providing guidance, mentoring and support that focus on performance improvement of the candidate.
• Send reports/MIS to the Operations team on the progress/pending status of activities
• Review content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated
• Participate in Internal External Calibrations
• Manage Knowledge Check for New Hires Production Staff
• Should be aware about terminologies like TNI, TNA, BQM, Throughput etc.

Desired Candidate Profile-
