Job summary

Teleperformance in Thane is seeking a Process Trainer for the day shift. The role involves conducting training on process productivity, efficiency improvement and best practices, and designing engaging modules for the team.

Immediate joiners preferred. The candidate should have proven trainer experience in a BPO/operations context, with strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and excellent communication skills.
